Humetric started with a pain its founder lived first-hand. Working at Asia's largest headhunting group, Paul watched recruiters spend six-plus hours a week — a full workday — just scrolling profiles on expensive recruiter seats, while the AI agents that could do this work in seconds had no lawful, structured way to access talent data at all.

Every existing option was broken. Platform data is locked in walled gardens. Third-party data brokers are legally murky. Scraping is a lawsuit. So we're building the missing layer: an open, consent-first professional identity layer where people submit their own data, control exactly what is visible to whom, and every access is logged — queryable by humans and AI agents alike, like a Google Maps or GitHub for human talent.

We're built in Taipei, starting from the talent market we know best — Taiwan's engineers, semiconductor talent and bilingual professionals — with infrastructure designed from day one for the global, AI-native labor market.
